Orange Exteriors collects two kinds of information through this website.

What you send us

If you fill in the quote form we receive your name, phone number, city, your description of the work, and any photos you attach. We use it to price and schedule your job and for nothing else. We do not sell it or pass it to anyone for their own marketing.

What is measured automatically

This site runs advertising and analytics tools belonging to Google and to Meta, which is Facebook and Instagram. They record pages viewed, general location, device and browser, and whether you arrived from an ad. This tells us which ads produce real enquiries, and lets us advertise again to people who visited without getting in touch. Both companies may process this data outside Canada.

You can switch off ad personalisation in Google's Ads Settings and in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences.

How long we keep it

Quote requests and job records are kept as long as we need them for warranty and tax purposes. Our written warranty runs 10 years, so job records are kept at least that long.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to correct or delete it. Phone or email and we will.
